1-    Contribution in establishing an institutional system for settling the commercial conflicts via mediation , conciliation and arbitration in Yemen where the law and concluded contracts are observed between the parties in dispute which will guarantee quick process, lowering the costs and keeping parties' confidential secrets.

2-    Administrating the local and international commercial arbitration through an integrated institutional frame and providing administrational and technical services  for free arbitration processes.

3-    Encouraging resorting to the institutional arbitration for resolving the commercial and investing conflicts by the fastest methods and the cheapest ones.

4-    Stabilizing the modern concepts for solving the banking, trading and investing conflicts to serve the businessmen , businesses , local and foreign investors who have investments in Yemen.

5-    Preparing a new generation of Yemeni arbitrators and qualifying them to be able to solve the commercial conflicts efficiently and without any prejudice.

6-    Holding discussion courses and seminars and workshops, symposiums and conferences which contribute in reinforcing the center role in settling the commercial and civil conflicts .

7-    Offering quality legal consultations of special nature for the governmental authorities, international and regional organizations and local Arab and foreign trading and investing companies.
