Conflicts Settlement Means

 

Comercial conflicts are settled by the center as per the special rules of each means , they are three and as follows:

v    conciliation.

v    Mediation.

v    Arbitration.

 

The rules and procedures of those means are taken from the arbitration rules of the United Nations Committee of international commercial law  ( Unsetral) and the typical law of conciliation of the Unistral and to be compatible with Yemeni law of arbitration and they are of the stable rules of arbitration and international commercial relationships related to the local and international commercial conflicts settlements.
